Payments & Refunds

All analyses are digital products charged on a per-session basis. Prices are displayed clearly before purchase. Payments are processed securely through PayPal.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for your peace of mind. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase by contacting us through the email associated with your account, including your order details and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that refunds may not be granted if the analysis has already been fully delivered and consumed, or if the request is made after the 14-day window has passed.
